ISC (PAIX) offered assistance, route-views are already there though. Otherwise we have LAIIX (need to find transit though, f-root are there ;), not many members though, only a few IPv6. There is also Seattle (SIX,) and San Diego (SD-NAP, Caida). Seattle looks most promising... Any other ideas?
