[RIRs-LEA] LEA side event @ICANN62

Hi All-

I am not sure whether I answered or not, so am responding now.  I am definitely going to be in Barcelona for the ICANN meeting, arriving on Sunday and departing on Friday.  I will be participating in the morning session of the RSCG meeting on Monday morning, so won't be available then to meeting. However, I am mostly open for the rest of the week.  Of course, it would help if ICANN would share the meeting agenda so we know what sessions we need to be at in advance.

I think we need to firm up this meeting fairly soon so that others can make their travel plans.  And we will need to reserve a room for our meeting as well.  Is there someone at ICANN that we should coordinate with on that?

It would be great to hear from others on this list as to whether they will be available during that week to meet!
