Yes, I plan to be at the ICANN meeting in Barcelona, and I’d welcome a meeting of this group.

A few days before that, there’s the African Forum on Cybercrime, in Addis Ababa (16 to 18 October).  Unfortunately the dates clash with RIPE in Amsterdam.
