[RIRs-LEA] LEA side event @ICANN62

Hi Carlos,

That you for sharing the below, i found it very interesting (well what i could read/understand in my school boy Spanish) and very happy to see that your event was a success. 

As you all will know, i would like us all to get together at the next ICANN meeting for a couple of hours to have a general chat about what is going on in our areas and what we see happening in 2019 and beyond. 

I know that some of you have already mentioned that you will be coming to ICANN. It would be helpful if you all could now confirm who is attending and when would be the best day and time for a meeting. I can always start a Doodle poll if that would help, then i will arrange the details.
