The official RIPE meeting hotel is the HOTEL KRYSTAL (***).  The hotel
is conveniently located  not far from the RIPE meeting venue and will
provide a focal point for participants wishing to get together outside
the meeting hours.

A special price has been negotiated with the hotel for guests of the
Czech Technical University.  A block booking has been made at this hotel.
To book accommodation at this hotel, simply fill in the the appropriate
part of the registration form that follows this mail.

There are only double rooms in the hotel. All rooms are equipped with
a shower and WC.

Directions from the RIPE meeting venue

To get to the Hotel KRYSTAL from the site of the RIPE meeting, walk
about 100 meters along the Solinova Street to the Evropska Street.
You can go there by tram or by bus.

By tram: use the subway pedestrian pass (take the first right-hand 
stairway exit) to get to the tram stop. Take tram no. 2 or 26 for 
8 stops to the "Koospol" station. Cross the Evropska St and walk back
about 150 meters, then turn right and walk about 100 meters to the KRYSTAL
(a tall brown and white building).

By bus: the bus no. 119 stops immediately before the "Evropska -
Solinova" crossroad. Take this bus to the "Koospol" station (3 stops).
You should walk back about 200 meters to the tram stop and follow the
instructions above.

To get to the DIPLOMAT hotel from the site of the RIPE Meeting, walk
about a hundred meters along Solinova Street, cross the  Evropska
Street, preferably (more safely!) by the subway at the "Dejvicka"
Underground station.

You can get from the site of the RIPE Meeting to the INTERNATIONAL by
taking a 15-minute  walk, by a tram  no. 20 (2 stops to the "Hotel
International" terminal station) or by a bus no. 107, 116 or 147
(1 stop).
