<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"-webkit-standard",serif;color:black">We thought we would provide an update on the RIPE Community Resilience and Wellbeing session we held 2 weeks ago.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"-webkit-standard",serif;color:black">It was a really constructive session with lots of good ideas. Participants shared the challenges they’ve been facing during the COVID-19 pandemic and the positives
of engaging more online.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"-webkit-standard",serif;color:black"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"-webkit-standard",serif;color:black">Participants also came up with helpful tips and practices for dealing with home working such as joining a book club, regular wellbeing sessions, packing away the
home office in the evenings and ‘cycling to work’ from home and back.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
