<html><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"></head><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; line-break: after-white-space;" class="">Dear colleagues,<br class=""><br class="">The European Commission has announced plans for a new Digital Services Act with the potential to affect many different actors in the Internet industry, covering liability standards for Internet intermediaries, a European system (and regulator) for notice-and-takedown procedures, and the role of online platforms in trading harmful products, among other topics.
