<html><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html charset=us-ascii"></head><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; ">________________________________________________________________________<br><br>NRO Observations on WCIT-12 Process<br>________________________________________________________________________<br><br><span style="text-align: left; ">The Number Resource Organisation (NRO) issued a statement on the outcomes of the recent World Conference on International Telecommunications (WCIT) 12 process expressing its concern about aspects of the meetings, in particular, events from the last few days of the conference. Unfortunately, anticipated discussions were eclipsed by other debates, and did not satisfy initial expectations that: </span><div><span style="text-align: left; "><br></span></div><div><span style="text-align: left; ">1. WCIT would have no bearing on the internet, its governance or its content, and</span></div><div><span style="text-align: left; ">2.
