[ripe-list] Sander's resignation from the ASO AC

Hi Sander,

Thanks for your services, support and commitment to the ASO AC.
You will definitely be missed.

Resigning from ASO AC even before selecting to the board is sort of a
rigid approach. It would have been much better if the approach would
be to resign in case of selection to the board.
