My big +1 to this. Not only I had to ask which meals are gluten-free, on 
the first day they didn't know so I basically stopped the whole queue 
for a long minute by this simple question. Maybe even publishing the 
menu in advance online could fix this issue quite seamlessly.

I've witnessed such situations, combined also with the same problem as 
mine – nobody know what exactly the meal contains.
