Dear colleagues, my name is Niklas Plugge, I am a network engineer at AS42184 (TKRZ Stadtwerke GmbH) in Germany. I am studying computer science in a bachelor degree beside my work as a network engineer. Within my study, I am currently writing a scientific paper with the title "Digital warfare in times of the Ukraine war – Analysis of the cyberwar on the internet from the perspective of local ISPs". In the paper, I want to explain how ISPs and other internet organizations experience the cyberwar in their daily work and which consequences they face. In my opinion, ISPs and internet organizations get a good overview about the things that happen to the internet-infrastructure, especially during times of war. That is one of the reasons, why I want to highlight their perspectives in this paper. For the perspectives of different organizations, I created the following survey to collect opinions and experiences of other colleagues: https://forms.office.com/e/w3jtDcQYaz I would be really grateful, if you could participate in this survey. If you have any questions about the scientific paper or the survey, please do not hesitate to ask me. Thanks and kind regards, Niklas Plugge
