[ripe-list] Updates to RIPE NomCom and RIPE Chair Selection Process

Dear colleagues,

A very happy new year to all of you. I hope you had a relaxing holiday
period.

So far it looks like we're having consensus on the updates to the two
RIPE documents announced below. If you do have any comments, please note
that the deadline ends on 14 January 2023.
