After publication we realised that Appendix G was incomplete. We added
the following text to document the provenance of the document:

"This document is a revision of ripe-728 based on recommendations by the
RIPE Nominating Committee 2020. On request of the RIPE Chair, Daniel
Karrenberg drafted and then published the document on 17 October 2022. A
summary was presented during the Community Plenary at RIPE 85. On 7
December 2022, the RIPE Chair made the final call for comments with a
deadline of 14 January 2023."

As this does not change the substance of the document, we decided to
keep the same ripe-document number.
