[ripe-list] Reminder: Apply Now for Fellowship and RACI Grants for RIPE87

Dear colleagues,

here's a reminder about the opportunity to apply for travel grants,
to help academics & mostly younger people to attend RIPE meetings,
and those otherwise disadvantaged - in order to increase diversity & 
inclusion, and to get better representation when making decisions
within RIPE Community.
