Totally agree with what others have said: I don't think Denis email had anything wrong. Each person has a different way to say things. Language and expressions may look a bit in the limit sometimes, especially when the reader is not native speaker (or even worst, when you aren't English native speaker and you write in English), but I can't find anything wrong in that specific message. This brings us to another big problem: * if the CoC can be interpreted in such way, we have the wrong CoC * and that's really dangerous, because it means that the one who judges the CoC can become a dictator.
