[ripe-list] RIPE Database Requirements Task Force: Final Draft Published

Hi Bijal,

I would like to thank you and all Task Force members for the time and
energy you put into this work. I know this was not an easy task.

The report will be published as RIPE document and we will then see how
best to address the recommendations listed in the report.
