I find this a good document.

My problem with the previous draft was that it was far too much geared
towards sanctions and decisions-in-secrecy (and I said so before).

This part is the part I'm totally fine with - be nice, respectful, 
considerate, and here's a list of things you might not even be aware
that you're doing it - raise awareness, set clear expectations.
