[ripe-list] Three new ripe-documents published under RIPE Governance Category

Hi Jordi,

These are not new document and they were previously published on the
ripe.net website. They are informational guidelines that help to better
understand the tasks of WG Chairs and PC members and have been reviewed
and approved by the relevant community group and the RIPE Chair. To
increase transparency and accessibility, these guidelines are now also
published as RIPE Documents.
