Hopefully "by Friday, 2 April 2021" includes late in the day today.

I'd be happy with this as a code of conduct.

I think it's a reasonable revision of the earlier draft, for the parts 
that it covers.

I'm not as sure about the new encouraged behavior section, but I 
certainly don't see anything there that doesn't fit the RIPE community 
(or at least what I think are the ideals of the RIPE community).
