SEE 3 in Sofia, 14-15 April: Submit a Presentation - deadline 7 March

Dear colleagues,

The SEE 3 / RIPE NCC Regional Meeting takes place from 14-15 April 2014 
in Sofia, Bulgaria, and we are asking for your help in creating an
excellent programme for attendees.

If you are an experienced network operator willing to share your 
expertise with peers in South East Europe, the SEE Programme Committee 
(PC) is now accepting presentation proposals until 7 March.

Suggested topics include, but are not limited to:

- Managing IPv4 scarcity in operations
- IPv6 deployment
- Network operator best practices
- Commercial transactions involving IPv4 addresses
- Data center technologies
- Network and DNS operations
- Internet governance and regulatory practices
- Network and routing security
- Content delivery
- Internet peering and mobile data exchange
- Efforts to establish Internet Exchange Points (IXPs) in the region
- Reports from existing IXPs
- Regional success stories

The SEE 3/ RIPE NCC Regional Meeting will be held at the Kempinski Hotel
