That said, the page linked to says: The number of IPv4 addresses shown includes the 8.45 million IPv4 addresses temporarily set aside for the De-Bogonising New Address Blocks project. Which blocks are those, specifically? I could only locate delegations accounting for about half of them (185/10, 128/16, and 84.205.64/19).
