[ripe-forum-test] Slight tweak to list of topics in a forum?

Hello,

I was looking at the page for the RIPE List just now:

https://www.ripe.net/participate/mail/forum/ripe-list

One thing that struck me is that it lists the person who last sent a
message as the "Last Updated".

This is useful information, but at first glance it looks like that's
the person who started the topic. Maybe the summary list should include
both the topic creator as well as the last updated?
