[ripe-forum-test] Dealing with long discussions

Hello Shane,

At RIPE 72 the RIPE WG chairs will review the project and decide on how to roll out the RIPE forum to the different WG mailing lists.
Probably RIPE 73 would be a good place to talk more about it.

And in the meantime we plan to promote the RIPE Forum to parts of the Internet community that are usually not on our mailing lists or attending RIPE meetings.
