<br class="">
That's a material distinction.<br class="">
<br class="">
Checking the text, it says<br class="">
"The RIPE Working Group Chair collective will be responsible for forming<br class="">
a Nominations Committee (NomCom)."<br class="">
<br class="">
which is consistent with Joao's interpretation, but arguably ambiguous<br class="">
and was in fact misunderstood by at least two people here.<br class="">
<br class="">
Perhaps a small edit, to say,<br class="">
<br class="">
"The RIPE Working Group Chair collective will be responsible for<br class="">
selecting and convening a Nominations Committee (NomCom)."<br class="">
<br class="">
would clarify what they actually need to do?<br class=""> </blockquote></div></div><div dir="auto" class=""><br class=""></div><div dir="auto" class="">Agree, thats a better text. </div></div></div></blockquote><div><br class=""></div>Also agree.</div><div><br class=""><blockquote type="cite" class=""><div class=""><div dir="auto" class=""><div dir="auto" class="">Quick check... I also take the use of “Collective” here as a bit of tongue-in-cheek term by the native English speakers amongst us who, as tradition mandates, question and slightly slight every and any sort of structure.
