Jim, I understand this concern and tried to address it thus: „This is not intended to fully describe the activities of the RIPE chair nor to prescribe the actions of the RIPE chair in any way. The ordering is not intended to convey any meaning either.“ ... „such as“ ... The list of examples has significant descriptive power and originates from substantive comments, as I have mentioned earlier. Does this address your concern?
