[atlas] Fwd: Your credits are decreasing dramatically!

Hi Lukas,

I looked into this briefly and the system notified you because for some 
reason we did not charge you for those measurements until January 10th.

We'll be looking into this further now to see if we can figure out why 
this happened.

Apologies for the confusing emails.
