[atlas] Access to probes and documents

Those probes are (except 3094) marked as private, so authentication is 
not enough. You can still find basic information about them in the API, 
such as https://atlas.ripe.net/api/v2/probes/365/

That is a weird one - RIPE Labs articles are very public. Are you saying 
you cannot access these?
