[atlas] Scheduled work on RIPE Atlas

Dear RIPE Atlas users,

We'd like to inform you that we have just finished maintenance of our 
back-end database. We don't expect any issues but please let us know if 
you encounter something odd that may be related to this work by sending 
email to atlas at ripe.net <mailto:atlas at ripe.net> and we'll look into the 
issue.
