[atlas] What to do with broken v1 probe?

I'd like to add to this that we can give the redistributed probe a new 
probe ID so it really becomes a brand new probe without any history 
attached to it.

To request this for your redistributed probe, you can send an email to 
atlas at ripe.net and it will be taken care of.
