[atlas] Satellite based "last mile" and Atlas probes

My config for IPv6-PD:

It works flawless but prefixes tend to change every 48 hours at least.

Also you can access my starlink via https://starlink.awlnx.space a RIPE Probe will show up asap.

> Thanks Thomas, Eric and a couple of off list comments on IPv6.  It seems you can get IPv6 working, and get a prefix via DHCPv6-PD, and support's coming more formally in May or thereabouts.  Good news :)
