[atlas] RIPE Atlas Software Probes

Hi,


SW probes have tag "system-Software" and ID > 1000000

Compare 1000069 running in Turris Omnia router (not a virtual machine), and 15861 directly connected to LAN port of the router. From my observation, 1000069 is about 1 to 2 milliseconds faster than 15861 (ping to fast targets).
