It can be that you actually got the probes you wanted, but the results were delivered later than expected (see here: https://www.ripe.net/ripe/mail/archives/ripe-atlas/2019-April/003937.html) It's also possible that the system didn't allocate the probes to you -- either because they were too busy at certain times, or we couldn't talk to them, or there are not enough probes in general to satisfy your request. It's hard to tell what's the exact cause from this distance. Hope this helps, Robert
