[atlas] The three generations of the Atlas probes : technical details

Hi,

I hope validate some details about the Atlas probes. I try to get these
details by consulting the resources:

   1. https://atlas.ripe.net/docs/probe-v1/
   2. https://atlas.ripe.net/docs/probe-v2/
   3. https://atlas.ripe.net/docs/probe-v3/

But no technical details given. By reading some presentations, I create the
table bellow. Now, I hope if you can validate these details and complete
the information about the CPU.

It will be good if you can add the technical details for each generation of
the probes.
