[atlas] Failing probe, all lights blink

I know all of those things. The pattern I am seeing is not documented. Do you need a video?

Power light comes on, then ALL of the other lights blink on simultaneously for a second, off for two seconds, and all on again. The power is the only one solid the whole time. I've never seen it before.
