Randy, have you never had the one that says "Oh for goodness sake...
plug the USB plug into a USB socket and the ethernet into the other
end... it's not that difficult. No, no, no! Not that way!"

Seriously, though, I think we all know it comes from a robot. I doubt
that anyone has been offended. But I thank Alun for his delicacy and
consideration.
