I've had two of the RIPE-supplied Verbatim sticks die on me so far, so I've decided to buy a small supply of cheap sticks for quick replacement and see how these hold up. @Philip: How would I go about making a warranty claim when I don't have a purchase receipt and don't know when RIPE bought the Stick? To check the USB stick, I plugged a personal one and since this time the probe is working again. I have this probe number 18685 since 2015-03-05. >> > >> > I would like know if the team could send me a new USB stick to replace the old one please or if I need to buy a new one myself ? >> > >> > Best regards, >> > Élodie >> >
