The problem is that the mini operating system on the built-in flash doesn't notice that the filesystem on the USB stick is corrupt and then tries to boot from it. It is not clear what the most fool-proof way would be to detect corruption. We are working on changing the filesystem from ext2 to ext4. Hopefully that helps. If it doesn't, then we have to look into detecting corrupt filesystems. Philip
