Yes, as long as the 1st, 3rd and 4th LED is on and the 2nd LED off the probe is connected and everything is working. The status of the 5th LED doesn't matter in this case (it can be on, off, blinking...). Just ignore the LED for the cases in which the status is labelled as "undetermined" in the table.
