[atlas] Last minute reminder: few more places left for the webinar today (for LIRs)

Dear colleagues,

today, 1:30 PM Amsterdam time we are hosting, for the 3rd time, webinar 
on "Advanced RIPE Atlas Usage", aiming to teach network operators how to 
use RIPE Atlas measurements for network monitoring and troubleshooting.

Web-registration is *only* possible for LIRs (RIPE NCC members).

Dates for the several more webinars this year will be announced soon; 
non-members of RIPE NCC (people who do not have "Reg-ID") will be able 
then to email training @ ripe.net and be registered manually for.
