[atlas] Next week: webinar on "Advanced RIPE Atlas Usage"

On Thursday 5 November, 1:30 PM Amsterdam time we are hosting, for the 4th time, webinar on "Advanced RIPE Atlas Usage", aiming to teach network operators how to use RIPE Atlas measurements for network monitoring and troubleshooting.
