[atlas] More built in IPv6 tests

Would it be possible to include some new built in measurements for the
following:

* IPv6 only capable
* IPv6 preferred (and perhaps IPv6 capable, this is different than IPv6
only capable above)
* Compare IPv4 and IPv6 performance over HTTP
