Hi, when I had problems with my probe I was been able to fix them leaving the probe powered and connected to the network without the USB stick for at least 10 minutes and then plugging in the USB stick. At this point the probe should start formatting the USB stick and reinstalling the Atlas software, hopefully solving your issues.
