[atlas] Problem in stopping measuraments

Hi Elverton,

I can unfortunately not replicate this bug. There was a problem with 
stopping measurements last week, but that should have been fixed.

Can you confirm that it is still not working using either the UI or the 
API? Could you send me a private e-mail containing the URL and API key 
that you are using in the REST API call?
