Hi Philip, if the problem is internal to the probe, what can we to to solve it? There is a procedure that I can do from my side to "reset" the the probe itself? Maybe is for the same reason that the user-defined v6 measurements don't run on my probe or the system tags aren't shown on the probe's general information page.
