[atlas] Change of emailaddress/loginname for atlas

Almost correct: the RIPE Atlas logins are tied to RIPE NCC Access
credentials, RIPE Atlas is just accessing data stored in that. It's
possible to change your email address in Access

What you should do is:
1. Go to https://access.ripe.net/ and log in if needed
2. Change your email
3. Log out and in again -- to be sure
4. Visit RIPE Atlas

Once you do this, the changes should be recognised.
