[atlas] Selecting only anchors for UDM

(Epilogue:  User error - my router stopped handing out IPv6 addresses
(curse you, Linksys E4200 v1))

Thanks to Robert K. for rebooting my units.

I still need to get to the other site and find out why the IPv6 is failing.
