[atlas] How to find the correct ASN of a probe?

When the probe connects to the Atlas infrastructure, the IPv4 source
address comes from a /16 announced by AS 6871.

I have no idea why the router in the traceroute is in a different AS.

So I'd say that based on its IP address, the probe belongs to AS 6871.
