A related feature that we're working on is to offer you the already running measurements in such a case -- because there's a good chance that someone is already doing something similar to what you wanted, and you can just use those results. In this particular case, .nz is part of the measurement set of the upcoming new DNSMON service, which will go public soon. So all .nz DNS servers are measured already.
