The wording is ambiguous. I have the same problem. Unfortunately, you can't leave the IPv6 DNS servers blank. The UI complains that you should have at least one. But even if you only configure two IPv4 DNS servers, you can't configure one IPv6 DNS server (which would bring the total to 3).
