Hello, Generally speaking, as long as they get a working IP(v4) address using DHCP, and the Internet connection is unfiltered (NATs are OK), they should be fine. We verify each and every one of them before shipping, so the chance of being dead on arrival is very small. Please let us know the probe IDs in a mail to atlas at ripe.net and we can check if we see any life signs on our end. Regards, Robert
